PDFPrint

Overview

PDFPrint is used to "print directly" PDF files, without any third party app, to an installed Windows printer. These utils offer a graphical user interface and a commandline. With help of the GUI you may browse for a file, choose the "printer" and "print". As an example, you may use PDFPrint to print a PDF on paper (using a connected printer), convert it to TIFF (using Informatik Image Driver) or output an XPS (using Microsoft XPS Document Writer). This utility is available for single users or server enabled. The server version includes the latest version of our Informatik Image Driver(server version)

Facts

You may use following options:

  • firstpage : first page to print, from 1 to max page
  • lastpage : last page to print, from 1 to max page
  • prompt : prompt the user with the print dialog
  • printer : printer name to print
  • copies : copies to print
  • paper : paper size to printer
  • scalex : X axis scale factors, default is 100
  • scaley : Y axis scale factors, default is 100
  • pdforient : select the orientation of the show PDF page
  • yres : specify the printer y-resolution
  • xoffset : specify a page offset in the horizontal axis
  • yoffset : specify a page offset in the vertical axis
  • wtext : watermark on printed document
  • wtype : type of watermark
